In Studio Guidelines:

• Normal class sizes resume

• Yoga mats spaced mindfully apart.

• Bring only what you need.

• Bring your own mat and personal props if preferred.

• We are now offering studio props for class use.  All props are sanitized before + after every class.

• Studio cleaned + sanitized before and after every class

• Safety is in everyone's hands!

Thank you for your cooperation and support.

• The studio will be open 20 minutes before class.

• Pre-registration encouraged (limited walk-ins for class).

• Updated cancellation policy will be in effect (you must cancel within 4 hour of class start).

• Leave personal belongings at home.

• You may use lockers for essential personal items.

• Bring water with you.

• We respect your right to choose to wear your mask during practice or not if you are fully vaccinated​  *The CDC still recommends non-vaccinated individuals wear a mask in doors at all times.

• Sign new Covid waiver to have on file.
